About us
Nice to meet you! We’re 12th House Yoga, a boutique, spiritually focused yoga studio in Denver. We first opened our doors in January 2025, and in just a short time our community has blossomed; so much so that we’re moving into a larger home on Platte Street this October! 🌙✨
At 12th House Yoga, we offer heart-centered, intuitive flows and accessible movement practices in an unheated, natural-light-filled space. Our classes are designed to help you connect more deeply with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build both strength and softness.
Beyond movement, we weave in astrology, tarot, sound healing, and other spiritual tools that support self-trust and inner balance. We are here to create a community where you can explore the full spectrum of your being; one breath, one pose, and one cosmic insight at a time.
Come get to know us as we transition into this exciting new chapter on Platte Street. Together, we’ll continue building a space where joy arises from surrender, and where every practice is an invitation to return home to yourself.
Classes at our current Tejon Street location within House of Motion Chiropractic will continue through Monday, September 28th; our new October schedule will be announced soon!
✨ Denver’s cosmic yoga community is leveling up - catch us at our new home on Platte Street starting this October!🌙
Why 12th House?
In astrology, the 12th house is the realm of the unseen—the place of release, intuition, and spiritual transformation. It invites us to let go of what no longer serves and to reconnect with the deeper layers of self. 🌙✨
At 12th House Yoga, this symbolism is our guiding light. We weave movement with spiritual tools like astrology, tarot, and sound healing to create a practice that is both grounding and expansive. Our studio is a space for exploring the subconscious, nurturing the nervous system, and cultivating wholeness—on and off the mat.
As our community continues to grow, our move to Platte Street this October marks an exciting new chapter in that journey. 12th House Yoga is more than a studio; it’s a sanctuary for self-discovery, cosmic connection, and collective healing.
