12th House Yoga is a boutique, spiritually rooted yoga studio in Denver, now home on Platte Street. Founded in January 2025, the studio grew quickly through word of mouth, shared practice, and genuine connection—leading us to expand into a larger space where our community continues to gather, move, and evolve together.
Our offerings center intuitive, heart-led movement in an unheated, natural-light-filled studio. Classes are designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied strength, and softness—creating space for both effort and ease. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a long-held practice, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
Beyond movement, 12th House Yoga weaves in astrology, tarot, sound healing, and other spiritual tools that encourage self-trust, reflection, and inner balance.
